Samsung Products
Delivery, return or replace System:
As per Samsung India's
Instructions, Samsung products we need to delivery
customer's hand just with seal packed & Non-damaged
condition. If there is any problem in the product that
Samsung's service center will take care. Our duty is not
to show customer, whether the delivered Samsung products
is working or not, our duty is just delivery the
customer Non-Damaged Products, as per Samsung
guidelines. So our delivery system for Samsung Products
is
Delivery Non-damaged product with seal pack. From that delivery time to
one year warranty period Samsung India will take care
their products by giving customers may onsite
service or customer may need to bring Product to
Samsung Service center, that customer need to confirm
with Customer Care of Samsung India. Your new
products if any major problem or not switch on
everything will care by Samsung India only, nothing is
there on our hand for Samsung Products, all
responsibility they have taken for their products. Our
duty is completing just delivery you Seal packed and
Non-damaged product. So our responsibility is not coming
for giving any return or replacement policy for Samsung
Products because all return or replacement or changing
are handling by direct Samsung India Itself for their
products.
We do on
delivery spot product checking system to complete
Successful Delivery. We will delivery customer the
ordered product with
manufacturer's seal
pack and we will take a sign on report paper called
"Seal Packed Delivered" that customer has received the
ordered
product with
manufacturer's seal packed.
And one more paper need
to sign by customer for Samsung Products at delivery
time is Non-damaged Products Delivered".
Bill you can
pay us by using your Credit Card EMI or Credit Card or
Debit Card or Cash Payment only at delivery spot.

Nokia India products we
delivery to you by showing on working condition at
product delivery time. Our delivery person will wait 10
minutes to 20 minutes of times for completing on
delivery spot product checking by you and you need to
sign a paper that "On Working Condition Products
Delivered". Nokia products you can check warranty by
calling to service center or customer care of Nokia in
front of our delivery person. Dell India also same
system, you can check warranty from their websites or
calling to their customer care or service center, so you
can verify our delivered products warranty on delivery
spot itself, our delivery person will wait.
So our policy is very
simple we follow manufacturer's instructions, if any
manufacturer allow us to on delivery spot product
checking facility then we are also offering to customer,
at delivery spot product check for working for good
condition, warranty check by calling customer care or
service center or in online manufacturer's
websites.

manufacturer is having. So which manufacturer is having
facility you will get
definitely from us, like

product checking to confirm on working condition product
delivered & working perfectly. (Only some manufacturers
are offering this facility, so you will get this
facility from us for those manufacturer's products
only).
2. On delivery spot
products warranty checking by calling to manufacturer's
Customer care or Service center or in Online from
manufacturer's website.

Bill payment system :
Dear customer you can pay
us bill at product delivery spot by swapping your Credit
Card with EMI options we convert or Credit Card or Debit
Card or can do Cash payment. No prepayment. But if
any customer is willing to do pre-payment can do
by Netbanking or do Demand Draft or Cheque Payment.
Payment gateway (EBS) online payment facility we have
but not offering for all products, some products we
offering this facility.

Once customer pay bill
then bill paper will be
given to the customer
at delivery spot itself. Then we will request to the
customer to open the product seal packed box on delivery spot and check
that and confirm non-damaged products delivered. If
manufacturer's policy support then we will request
customer to check all parts of products, warranty at
delivery spot.
If the product is working in
good condition then
we will take a sign on report paper called "Delivered
Products With Good Condition" paper. Suppose, if the
product
found on delivery
spot checking any fault or damage or defect then we will
be taken back the product by giving customer a receive
where
both parties
(customer and we) will sign that called "Product
Replacement Process Paper" and we will give the
replacement paper one
copy to customer
and one copy will keep with us and fault or damage or
defect product will be taken from the customer for
replacement
and will replace customer the same product within one to
two
working days.
If the
same product is not available, then we will request the
customer to wait for more 5 working days, if available (
in 5 working
days) we will
inform customer and we will delivery immediately same
product or if customer want can choose the different
model of product
or other products
which are available in our site.
If customer is not willing to take other any product or
different models and want to refund the amount then we
will refund the
amount after
deducting the VAT amount and delivery charges (which is
maximum 300 Rupees) or any other charges remaining amount will be refund by
cash or account payable Cheque, from the requesting day to within 5 working
days.
Or customer can order within 30 days of time different
products on that full amount. If the bill amount is less
than paid amount
then remaining
amount will be refund after deducting the VAT amount and
delivery charges (which is maximum 300 Rupees) according
to
pre-purchased
products and remaining amount will be refund by cash or
account payable Cheque from the requesting day to within
3
working days or at
delivery time of new ordered products. Or customer can
order within 30 days of more time (from current
purchase)
different products
on that remaining balance amount instead of refund
request. If customer do not buy any product within 30
days of time
from last purchase
then after 30 days customer's remaining prepaid balance
amount will be deduct the VAT amount and delivery
charges
(which is maximum
300 Rupees) or other any charges remaining amount will be as prepaid amount.
Hereafter customer can buy only from the remaining
amount from us any time, there is no time bound or can
request of refund amount, from the customer's request
day to within 5 working days the amount will be
refund by cash or account payable Cheque to the
customer's address.
Note: If we can confirm the same products within 3
working days or can delivery the same products within 5
working days time
then no refund
request or different products request will be entertain
by this 5 working days of time. In this scenario, We
need 5 working
days maximum time
to replace the same products, if we can not replace same
products to customer in 5 working days of time after
then
only customer can
order different products or same products different
models on that amount or can request for refund amount.
There is no extra return policy. On delivery spot itself
please check the product and if any defect or not
working then on
delivery spot
return the product for replacement or exchange and must
collect the paper called "Product Replacement Process
Paper"
where both parties
will sign (Customer and Delivery Person) and handover
defector not working products to delivery persons hand.
Collected amount
will not refund to customer now, only will get paper
called "Product Replacement Process Paper" where
everything will
be written on that
paper, how much cash amount you paid for which product,
all in details, please Keep safely this paper with you
and wait
for one to 2 working days,
within 2 working days same products will be delivery to
your hand and also on delivery spot product checking
facility will be there.
If again if any defect or not working product then the
same process will be followed. But some manufacturer's
products do not have this facility on delivery spot
product checking for Working condition, so if any
problem on manufacturer's product need to directly
contact with manufacturer's service center or Customer
care. In this case you will get only chance check
product for non-damaged to report us that product is
Non-damaged at delivery time & manufacturer's seal
packed delivered.
Electronics products come with manufacturer's warranty
or guaranty, so any problem or defect after our
successful working
condition products
delivery to customer's hand (by our on delivery spot
product checking facility), customer need to contact
nearest manufacturer's service center or customer care
of particular manufacturer company's on manufacturer
warranty or guaranty period.
Our work is just successfully delivery you non-damaged,
seal packed products delivery or some manufacturer's
products delivery by checking on working
condition product to customer's hand, hereafter any
things will take care by only manufacturer company
according to their policy. We do not entertain anything
once successfully or on working condition or
non-damaged product delivery completed to customer's
hand, then no return, no refund, no replacement, no
exchange for any electronics products by us. Everything
will take care by manufacturer as per their policy and
Manufacturer may return or replace or refund or change
or repaired product.
Note : Our delivery person will spend 5 to 15 minutes of
time with customer to check products at delivery time,
customer caneven check( if
want) warranty or guaranty with original manufacturer by
making just a call to customer care or service center of manufacturer or
from online from manufacturer website. So please
keep 10-20 minutes of time to spend with our delivery
person at delivery time. But all manufacturers do not
offer this facility.

Delivery,
Exchange or replacement system and Return Policy
for Sarees or Cloths (Non-ready-made)
products:
On delivery spot
product checking system to complete Successful Delivery.
Our delivery person will delivery to customer Sarees or
Cloths
(Non-ready-made
products), we request the customer to check the product
on delivery spot itself properly. Customer need to pay
first 100
Rupees before
checking the product called "Product Bringing Charge".
Then customer can open the product and check for any
defect or
fault or cutting on
product. If everything fine then customer will pay the
full bill amount excluding first paid 100 Rupees. If
any defect or fault
or cutting on product at the delivery spot checking time
then the product will be replace within 1-2 working days
same
product same
design, same color and first paid 100 Rupees will be
deduct only with bill or successful delivery. First paid
100 Rupees will
be given when
successfully delivery happen. Total bill will be taken
less of 100 Rupees as it paid first.
Customer need to pay only
100 Rupees cash before checking product, no need to pay
any more if delivery not succeed. Just need to sign a
paper called "Defect Products for Replacement paper".
Once the delivery successful then only need to pay the
bill and need to sign a paper called "Product Received
Without defect". First paid 100 Rupees will not
return, if you do not buy same product then first paid
100 rupees will be taken as "Product
Bringing Charge". If you buy same product then 100
Rupees will be deduct from total bill.
We are collecting 100
rupees first to avoid harassment by customer.
After delivery successful then also if suddenly any
defect find on product and for that reason customer want
to replace or change
the same product, then customer have to inform
within 48 hours from delivery time to
our email id : replace@apaldeal.com with bill and products defect
details or can call our Customer Care number. Our person will come to
your address and will take the product by giving you
both party sign paper called "Product Replacement
Request" and products will be taken and replacing you
within 2 working days maximum.
If the same product is not available, then we will
request the customer to wait for more 5 working days, if
available (in 5
working days) we
will inform customer and we will delivery immediately
same product or if customer want can choose the
different model
of product or other
products which are available in our site.
If customer is not willing to take other any product or
different models or designs and want to refund the
amount then we will
refund the amount

(which is maximum 250 Rupees) remaining amount will be
refund
by cash or account
payable Cheque, from the requesting day to within 5

working days of time. In this scenario, We need 7
working days
maximum time to
replace the same products, if we can not replace same
products to customer in 7 working days of time after
then only
customer can order
different products or same products different models or
designs on that amount or can request for refund amount.
There is no extra return policy. On delivery spot itself
please check the product and if any defect or fault or
damage or cutting then on
delivery spot
return the product and get same design product on 1-2
working days and check and pay the bill amount.
After successful delivery if any replacement need that
time our person will come to your place to collect the
defect product.
For replacement or
exchange and customer must collect the paper called
"Product Replacement Process Paper" where both parties
will
sign (Customer and
Delivery Person) and handover defect products to
delivery persons hand. Collected amount will not refund
to customer
now, only will get
paper called "Product Replacement Process Paper" where
everything will be written on that paper, how much cash
amount you paid for
which product, all in details, please Keep safely this
paper with you and wait for 2 working days, within 2
working days
same products will
be delivery to your hand and also on delivery spot
product checking facility will be there. If again if any
defect or not
working product
then the same process will be followed.
Note : Our delivery person will spend 5 to 15 minutes of
time with customer to check product at delivery time. So
please keep 5-15 minutes
of time to spend
with our delivery person at delivery time. Before open
product for checking, you need to pay 100 Rupees as
"Product
Bringing Charge",
(which will be deducted from paying bill amount) then only
product packet will open and customer can check product.
Dear customer, you can
pay us at delivery time by using your credit card or
debit card or can do cash payment. You can also do
netbanking. You can also do pre-payment ony for Cloths
or Sarees items by using payment gateway (we use
EBS). We have Credit Card EMI facility at delivery
time for above purchasing of 3000 Rupees total bill
amounts.

Point
to Remember:
•
Please
ensure that the product is unused, with original packing
for exchange or replacement or refund request.
• We will not refund the custom duties, taxes, if
applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the
goods or any referrer earned
or got bonus amounts.
• At any point the refunds will not exceed the actual
value of the goods plus the shipping cost incurred for
returning the product.

We will refund the money the way payment was made or
cheque.
